I have this idea about how employees should be handled, treated, managed,
exchanged, and basically, just hmm..all right, laters.
'Hey I need to make a trip to X place to fight the other competitor because
we are one of the final twooossss! Very critical moment.'
'Okay, go this weekend.'
'Hur? This weekend's supposed to be my holidays man.'
'Okay, go tomorrow!'
Seriously, I don't understand why some companies (that are doing global
business - export and import) still refused to get a damn website.
Okay, mostly those from emerging countries. Oh right, is that why they are
still emerging markets? Right. Without the proper communication and information channels, how are we going to do proper business?
Seriously, seriously. It's just a website. Even I have my own domain and
site. Get a website! Go global! Go rock the world!!! STAT!
I went to bed at about 12 plus with a twisted stomache.
Seriously, this little stomache needs to be fixed.
When I missed my meals, I got stomache flu - understandable.
When I remember my meals, I also got stomache flu - !#@!#@!!!
I was near to call the ambulance and give myself a lift to the hospital when
I was sweating and panting, can't fall asleep till something stopped me.
An 'Unknown' call at 215 am in the morning.
And guess what?
WHOOOT!
A VERY BIGGGGG DEAL IS CONFIRMED!
Shit man. I smile again! :)

All the late night callings and the panda eyes next morning, are definitely
worth every single penny rolling in later!

It's either I am talking to the voice mail which keeps repeating the directory numbers, or the receptionist who doesn't have a clue what's going on.
And so they say, if you call 100 people a day, you will probably get 40% of them to become 'suspect'.
From this 40% suspect pool, you might get 20% of prosphects.
Then if you are lucky, you might get 5% who becomes potential customers who had expressed interest in your services/products.
The worst thing that could happen? The final 5% dropped out and you gotta start all over again.
This theory is based on the fact that you start with 100% and you get 40%, 20%, 5% then 0%..
But mine is like 100% then straight away 0%?
